Leonard Henry,

Vice President

Leonard Henry is the Co-founder of The Affluence Project. Currently working in the CRE space as a multifamily analyst, Leonard graduated from Babson college with a concentration in Global Business Management.

Having grown up in the Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY, Leonard got a front row seat to watching the historic neighborhood drift away from the many that contributed to it being the cultural hub it is. As a result, his passion for affordable housing and financial literacy formed. With the understanding that his success to date was made possible by those who have taken the time to both mentor and make him aware of the possibilities that are available, Leonard strongly believes in the practice of lifting as you climb.
